Refund Policy

At Mana Skin, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and client satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking.

1. Service Refunds
All service sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed services.

If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will do our best to address the concern, which may include offering a complimentary touch-up or alternative solution at the discretion of management.

2. Package Refunds
Refunds for unused packages (e.g., facial or massage packages) may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been redeemed.

Partially used packages are non-refundable, but remaining sessions may be transferred to another person with written request and approval.

3. Product Refunds
Products may be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety regulations.

4. Late or Missed Appointments
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of a prepaid session.

5. Gift Cards
All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.

Gift cards may be used for any service or product at Mana Skin and do not expire.
